Terms & Conditions
The Terms and Conditions listed below apply to the sale and purchase of goods between you and Chillie Breeze Ltd. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
By ordering any product from Chillie Breeze Ltd you are accepting these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions can be changed without any prior notification and it remains the responsibility of the customer to be familiar with them prior to placing an order.
- Orders and Pricing
All orders are subject to our approval and product availability. The prices of products are correct at the time of publication on our website. We reserve the right to change prices on our website without prior notification.
- Order Acknowledgement
When you have submitted an order you will be sent an e-mail confirming your order. It will confirm our contact details, the products requested, the final cost (including VAT and delivery expenses), delivery and invoice details.
- Stock Availability
At Chillie Breeze Ltd we will do our utmost to ensure that we have stock of all products in our online shop. It is not our policy to advertise stock we do not hold. It is possible however that we will on occasion be unable to fulfill your order immediately.
If this is the case we will inform you immediately with details of any delays or issues there may be.
Chillie Breeze Ltd reserves the right to cancel your order if the order cannot be fulfilled.
- Responsibilities of the Customer
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all information given on your order form is complete and accurate. Where information given by the customer is incomplete, misleading or incorrect the customer will be liable for any costs involved in resolving the matter.
- Payment Checks & Charges
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuing institution refuses to authorise payment to us we will not dispatch the goods and will not be liable for any delay or non delivery of orders.
Deliveries will be made at our risk by a carrier nominated by us.
Please refer to the delivery & shipping page for details of our delivery times. If we cannot deliver the goods to you within the timescales requested then we shall endeavor to contact you as soon as possible with an update and if you are not satisfied then we shall offer you a full refund. Please note that dates quoted for delivery of goods are estimates.
Chillie Breeze Ltd will not accept any responsibility for any failure to deliver goods or delay, damage or defect caused in doing so if the circumstances were beyond our reasonable control.
UK delivery charge includes Isle of Man, Guernsey and Jersey.
With larger orders and orders for bouquets, posies and arrangements/decorations we will dispatch your order based on your event date, we aim to ship all orders to be with you in plenty of time for your event. As soon as you order is complete we will email you to confirm shipment and if applicable, your courier tracking number.
Please check with us if you need your flowers in a hurry to make sure we have your flowers in stock and ensure that we’re able to fit you into our schedule.
We take great care packing your wedding flowers to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition.
We ship worldwide and have supplied flowers for many overseas weddings. We can also ship to other countries and we’re more than happy to send your flowers to any part of the world.
Shipping rates as follows are based on the order value and will automatically adjust to the correct amount upon checkout: Europe, Worldwide.
Please note, legally the importer of record (i.e. the person in whose name the goods are imported) is responsible for taking care of any import and customs duties, fees, etc.
- Risk & Title
Ownership of goods will not pass to the customer until we have received in full (in cash or cleared funds) all sums due us in respect of the goods. Until ownership of the goods has passed to the customer, the customer must (i) hold the goods in trust on behalf of Chillie Breeze Ltd, (ii) store the goods (at no cost to us) and (iii) maintain the goods in satisfactory condition.
- Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not, just return the product to us following the instructions below, and we’ll refund to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order. Please see below for products excluded from this policy.
Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 days of receipt. This excludes the products listed as exceptions below.
Please allow 10 days from the posting date for us to credit your account. We will refund the PayPal account or credit/debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order.
Please email us with your order number and reason for return prior to sending your order back.
Please use original packaging, but remove original shipping labels.
You are responsible for the p&p cost for returning your order.
All parcels are sent back at your own risk and we would advise using a signed for service as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.
Products We’re Unable to Refund or Exchange
We can’t offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described, on the following items:
- products that have been used
- products that smell of smoke
- where the products are not appropriately re-packaged and are returned damaged
- bespoke items made especially for you.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Statutory Rights
Your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom will not be affected by these Terms and Conditions. Please note that as a consumer you have the statutory right within the United Kingdom to cancel your order and return any goods ordered in exchange for a refund. This statutory right of cancellation starts on the date that you submit your order and expires within seven working days beginning on the day after the day on which you receive the goods. This includes our obligation to refund you within 30 days if you cancel your order
- Substitution Policy
In the unlikely event of supply difficulties, Chillie Breeze Ltd reserves the right to substitute any product with any other type of equal quality and value.
- General Terms
If any of these Terms and Conditions are held to be unenforceable or invalid, the validity of the remaining Terms and Conditions will remain unaffected.
No waiver of any right or breach by Chillie Breeze Ltd under these Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorised person of Chillie Breeze Ltd. Any such waiver shall not be construed as a waiver of any other right or breach.
The Customer shall not assign the terms of the contract to purchase goods from Chillie Breeze Ltd (as constituted by these Terms and Conditions as accepted by you) (the “Contract”) without the prior consent of Chillie Breeze Ltd. Chillie Breeze Ltd shall be entitled to assign and sub-contract the terms of this Contract without the consent of its customers.
All images, photographs, pictures and text used on any website owned by Chillie Breeze Ltd are subject to copyright law and owned in full. Any unauthorised copying, printing or duplicating will constitute an infringement of copyright.
Terms & Conditions for hire items
Delivery/installation/Collection of the rental items:
A delivery, installation and collection charge will be applied if delivery, installation and collection are required. To be calculated once the final selection has been made. As it depends on the time we are on site and how many staff we will require. Arrangements to be made on order confirmation.
Good parking & access to the venue/room is required as some items are quite heavy, if the access is poor extra staff may be required on site which may incur additional costs.
We ideally like to install a day or so prior and collect the Monday after – please check this with your venue.
If the Ceremony is in the same room as the wedding breakfast we can only set up for the Ceremony, it is not possible to set up the table centrepieces, but the venue’s staff should be very used to doing this if you advise them.
Dismantling the set up is not included, if you require this service please advise and we shall quote you accordingly.
If a Sunday collection is required please advise and we shall quote you accordingly.
Dry hire is available which you can collect 2 – 3 days prior to your event, depending on the stock availability, returning on the Monday after, TBC on order confirmation.
Methods of payment accepted: BACS, Cash or Cheque.
Standing order option available. Credit cards are not accepted.
A 50% deposit will be required upon booking the rental items, then the balance is due 3 weeks prior to the wedding/Event. We cannot refund if your numbers change this close to the event. We do not hold a security deposit.
Minimum order for styling service is £1500.00 excluding VAT/delivery/collection.
Minimum order for dry hire is £300.00 excluding VAT/delivery/collection.
The consultation fee:- will be deducted off the final order total.

Please note that candles/flowers/batteries are not included in the rental price, unless otherwise stated, but can be provided by ourselves at extra cost, please contact us for prices.
In the event of any loss or damages they must be paid for by the client 4 times the rental value. We recommend that you get your own wedding/Event insurance.
You have 14 days from the date of acceptance to cancel unless otherwise agreed in writing by Chillie Breeze. Please note the deposit is non refundable after receiving the order acceptance and receiving your deposit.
Chillie Breeze has the rights to change prices without prior notification. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.
